Bond Reimbursement

For Active members who wish to resign, please complete the Bond Reimbursement request form. This form must be completed to be considered for bond reimbursement.

Terms & Conditions
  • You must be an Active Trident member to qualify for bond reimbursement. Active members are defined as members that are up-to-date on annual dues.
  • You are required to mail your original Trident bond to the Club address (Trident Club Inc., c/o Membership, PO Box 3127, Wescosville, PA 18106).
  • Upon completion of the request form, your form will be reviewed to confirm your membership status as active. Once confirmed, your name will be added to the reimbursement request spreadsheet, which is organized by date forms are submitted. As each new Active member joins and pays their bond, the resigning member from the top of the list will be notified and refunded their bond value to the mailing address that was provided on the request form.
  • If your original bond is not returned to Trident, you will be moved further down the list until your bond is received. If you do not have your bond, please contact Membership so we can confirm your membership at Trident.
