Guest Policies and Fees

A guest is defined as anyone who is invited by a member to join them at the Club regardless of whether they are swimming or using the tennis courts. All non-members entering Club during regular hours need to be accompanied by a member at all times.

For the 2024 season, members may bring up to 6 guests a day. The guest fee is $5 per guest per day for ages 3 and older. Speed up the check-in process and purchase your Guests Passes ahead of time. To purchase, log into your account and click on the header “Payments”. You will be sent to the payment page where you can add guests passes to your account and pay online by credit card. At check-in you, you must provided your guest’s name.

An individual may be a guest a maximum of 7 times per season*. All guests under 16 years of age must be immediately introduced to the pool manager and complete a pool swimming test for a colored band. All guest bands must be turned in at the end of the day.

Rain checks will be issued to members for their guests if the pool closes due to sudden inclement weather within an hour of arrival. Rain checks and pre-purchased guest passes must be used during the current season. There will be no refunds.

*Note: Trident offers a babysitter pass as an add-on to membership if a family wishes to have a grandparent or babysitter at least 14 years of age join them on a regular basis to assist with supervising children under the age of 12.

Party Reservations

Interested in having your next party at Trident? Please complete the following Party Reservation request form. You must submit this request at least 2 weeks prior to your planned party date. We will check the calendar to see if your request is possible based on other activities/parties that may have already been requested. You will receive a response from a team member within 72 hours of submitting a request.

Parties are limited to 3 hours in length and a max party count is 50 people (members & non-members).

Payment is required before the start of the party. The charge is a $75 non-refundable fee plus a $5 per non-member guest, ages 3 and older regardless if they are swimming or not. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

If you are interested in a private after-hours pool party, fill out the party reservation request form. All parties are limited to 3 hours in length, and they must end by 10 pm, the max party count is 50 people (members & non-members). The charge is $500, which will include lifeguards, snack bar workers, and a manager on duty. An additional 25 people, will be an additional $100 added to the total. All pool rules and band tests will apply.
